You can select the language option of your choice on the day of the self-guided tour for the guidebook and map - this is not an audio tour

Wij boekten voor een groep studenten een dagprogramma van 8,5 tot 10,5 uur. Hoewel aangegeven wordt dat de vertrektijd kan veranderen wordt nergens aangegeven dat dit ook invloed kan hebben op de afgenomen excursie. Ons vertrek om 14.00 uur maakte dat ons programma niet kon worden uitgevoerd zoals het passend was geweest binnen onze boeking. Dit is echt niet acceptabel.

when booked there was no mention of a third party, the trip was booked and paid for as on ticket a full day, the night before i had not had any information regards meeting to collect tickets, i had to contact musment, then i was told about third party, told to ring them, told 1pm at auschwitz ,
