Absolutely brilliant experience

This was a lovely relaxing look at the city from the river. Very informative and interesting history. Only issue was the insects! So wear repellent and cover up if you're doing this cruise

Really enjoyed this. Was really chilled and engaging. Has a bar on board as well. Wish it was longer but views were amazing and the history told was interesting. Highly recommend after a day of sight seeing to finish the day off

Booked this trip for 6 adults 4 months ago , trips all booked for krakow . Went with TUI as I felt trusted company. The day before our excursion we had a email to say trip was cancelled by TUI . The trip was to auschwitz Birkenau camps the reason for the trip …. I paid for this trip 2 months earlier ,to be told lunchtime before it’s cancelled is not acceptable…..

For the money, was decent, would not have paid any more, wasnt as informative as i was expecting, but was certainly something to do for an hour

It rates as one of the best experiences of my life, which will remain with me for a very long time. Information was clear as to where we met our boat & who to ask for information. We were there in good time, as advised, embarked easily and sat in perfect seats to get the most out of our experience. We tried beer: I had 'on tap', my daughter had a bottle of similar beer. Very nice. Krakow looked beautiful and the verbal commentary over the tannoy was clear & included English
