The tour was great.Our driver and guide were both excellent and extremely knowledgeable.The only down side was the extreme heat which obviously no body can control that.The trip to Berkenou wax cut from an hour to 30mins because of this which was very pleased about.They really looked after us well.

Via tui deze tour geboekt. Pick-up weet je een dag van te voren tijd e.d. Chauffeur is vriendelijk, behulpzaam, geeft de laatste informatie. Tour gide spreekt goed engels. In verband met de warmte was er besloten de tour in Birkenau in te korten. Erg jammer.

Heel vriendelijke chauffeur Miko. De gids deed het ook heel goed… duidelijke info, niet langdradig en gaf tijd om zelf eens rond te kijken Hij vertelde dat jij nog maar een paar weken gids was maar het was heel goed.

The guides were very good at the museum, however disappointed with the pick up and drop off service, the day before the pick up was changed from our hotel meaning we had to get a taxi to the new pick up, not what we paid for, then on return we were dropped off at a different location in town meaning we had further taxi costs. No refund was offered.

De chauffeur was super, de gids had echt super veel info. De tour was goed!!! Echter is de tour niet volledig gedaan en dit werdt pas aangegeven na de tour van het 1e gedeelte. Hierdoor heb je een deel van kamp deel 2 wat je volledig mist en dat is jammer. (Ze gaven aan dat dit door het weer kwam) Echter paste de volledige tour amper in hun tijdschema... De medewerkers die de tour doen zijn perfect en willen je zelfs met andere bezigheden helpen in de stad en weten super veel leuke plekken.

Found this he experience was very informative, but felt rushed. I found that there was as a lot to take in but had to keep moving.
