Reach parking area in Punta Sabbioni Laguna Parking at least 30 minutes before departure and present your voucher to staff in order to park. Then go to the "ACI Venezia Tourist" ticket office near PIER 8 in Lungomare San Felice and show your voucher before getting on the boat.
