Haga de su espera en el aeropuerto un juego de niños. El servicio VIP le permite pasar la facturación y el control de seguridad por la vía rápida, lo que le deja más tiempo para disfrutar de la cómoda sala VIP y de todas sus ventajas.

Dentro, tendrá acceso a café, té, agua, refrescos y aperitivos gratuitos, así como a bebidas alcohólicas seleccionadas. Además, tendrá acceso a televisión, revistas y periódicos, lo que le permitirá relajarse hasta el momento del despegue.

Booked through rep in resort. Was told there would be a separate check in, nobody there, had to use normal check in. Was told we would be escorted through sec and passport control, didn’t happen as there was no one there to escort us. Told we would be taken to the lounge, didn’t happen, so we had to spend 10 minutes looking around the airport to find the lounge. Told there would be a selection of beers, wines…. No, only soft drinks. Told there would be a selection of sandwiches, no, only cake

We were sold the airport lounge as being a fast track service through the airport with buffet including soft and alcoholic drinks. On arrival there was nobody at the check-in gate we had to wait several minutes for a staff member to attend to us then it took us an age to find the lounge as there weren’t any signs. In the lounge it was very quiet. The food on offer was very stale small sandwiches, small selection of desserts and a few cakes. The coffee wasn’t working and no alcohol was availa

Absolutely loved the fast service via the check in Desk and your security through to passport control into airport.. the selection of food available is quite small and not great offering also proper cups would be better than the paper cups but I will definitely use again its a pleasant area to wait in .

This was a good service and value for money when we first used it 4 years ago. Only advantage now is the VIP checkin desk and being escorted through immigration. Used to have its own immigration desk and security but this is not now used. Staff are welcoming & friendly but food and beverages both hot and cold are extremely limited and poor quality. At a price now of £52 per person its not value for money and is dissappointing. Definetley needs improvement or price reduction, used to be £37 each

Perfect service

checking in was fast and simple. The lounge itself was very nice and spacious, staff were attentive no complaints there, snacks were simple and limited beverages were what you would expect a nice selection of tea, coffee and soft drinks from which you helped yourself. Alcoholic drinks however were limited to order only & not displayed in the refrigerated cabinet & it felt awkward asking & quite a timely wait. The fast track experience was excellent which would prompt me to book again.
