The water park was brilliant, we all enjoyed it and coach transfers great. We told our TUI rep upon booking that myself and my daughter were coeliac and would need gluten free food included, this was not stated on the ticket so I questioned it and she said the request goes through internally. When arriving at the w park I asked about this and was told it was impossible. So myself & d did not eat all day only receiving 2 drinks. £50 compensation voucher promised & not received! Others got fd incl

I enjoyed all the slides that were open that I went on the lady at check in was extremely helpful and friendly The instructions for the pick up to go were not very clear about where to wait

Hi, we were mis-sold the waterpark trip. We booked only because we were told 100% that it would be a bus transfer (we stressed this as we have a 2-year-old and no car seat). On the day, after waiting 45 minutes, a car turned up instead of a bus, meaning we couldn’t travel for safety reasons. Because of this, we lost the trip, wasted half a day, and are now £86 out of pocket. This was not our fault – TUI sold us the wrong service and failed to deliver what was promised.

Leider ein totaler Reinfall. Die Rutschen waren dreckig, veraltet und veralgt, das Wasser selbst im Kinderbecken so kalt und verdreckt, dass man Angst vor multiplen Infektionen haben muss. Das Personal extrem unfreundlich, keine Geduld mit Kleinkindern und ständig bei jeder Kleinigkeit am Pfeifen. Einzig das Essen und der Transfer waren okay. Leider nicht zu empfehlen, da waren die Rutschen in unserem Hotel wesentlich sauberer und v.a. von der Aufmachung her die gleichen.
