The experience was sold as 1 hour on the jet ski. The actual time on the jet ski was closer to 45 mins. The remaining time was taken up with banana boat out to the jets skis and dropping people off onto them. And the reverse at the end. There was virtually no instruction on how to start/stop the jet ski and what was said was rushed, by someone unable to communicate in English.

10 u vertrek zou beter om 9 u zijn zodat de jetski Safari om 11u kan doorgaan ipv om 12 u, erg warm over de middag, nog geen foto’s ontvangen van de excursie meer dan 24 u later

The boys really enjoyed the jet skiing part but the service at the place was really poor. The person checking us in had no customer service skills and wasn’t very helpful. He wouldn’t even give us the details to be able to get the pictures. Then when we finished we had to wait around for an hour and a half to get back and then when we eventually got on the bus they made us wait another 40 mins until we left.

On a fait 2 fois cette expérience et la deuxième fois on a interdit a mon fils de prendre la go pro question de sécurité alors que la première fois ca n avait posé aucun problème...elle était accroché ai torse, très long temps d attente pour revenir a l hôtel après l activité...sinon ils étaient content car ils ont pu faire beaucoup de vitesse....
