Crucero Ocean Blue desde Latchi

The overall experience was amazing, the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and safe. However coming from an adults only holiday found many children on the boat which did spoil the experience.

This was by far the best part of our holiday. The gentlemen on board could not do enough for us and our children (3 & 15). The service was excellent offering us drinks the minute we boarded and then providing life jackets and noodles so both children could enjoy the blue lagoon. We all decided to throw ourselves off of the inflatable slide, this was a little scary trying to swim back to the back of the boat as it was choppy - only do this if you feel confident swimming against the current!

Enjoyed: the swimming in the Blue Lagoon was excellent. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome and safe at all times. Improvement: food could be hotter. Seating/ Sun lounges could be better. For example, the sun lounges were too close together making it difficult to get on/ off the lounges. Some people ended up on wooden chairs without a table which wasn’t great. A better seating plan would improve the experience, do you need sun-lounges? comfortable chairs in the shade needed.

Excellent, attentive service. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful boat & good food. Swim stop was wonderful too.

This trip was truly amazing and I would highly recommend and such great value for money too!! The staff were all polite, helpful, friendly, funny and they couldn’t do enough for you. The food was absolutely delicious, great variety and plenty for all, food just kept coming out!!

Transfer coach did not pick us. Contacted TUI after 10mins, told on its way, then told it was not coming for us after waiting an hour VERY DISAPPOINTING
