At the estate's old cheese-making table, you'll craft your own small cheese using traditional techniques. Your guide will take you through it step by step, so even younger children can take part and feel like proper cheesemakers. It's short, it's fun and you'll be done in a few hours – meaning you're back in time for lunch or an afternoon swim.
