The Marhaba meet & greet service offers four packages: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Family. Whichever package you choose, you can be assured you'll be well looked after on arrival. Whether you're a first-time traveller, a family with children, or a frequent flyer, you can book Marhaba services to take care of your travel formalities.

Option 1 - Bronze Service: A warm welcome on arrival before immigration – please go to the Marhaba counter and look for your name on the plasma screens; Assistance and guidance through airport clearance and all related formalities; Escort through immigration formalities and the security screening
Option 2 - Silver Service: A warm welcome on arrival as you enter the terminal by a Marhaba agent holding a board with your name; Assistance through all airport formalities and clearance through Marhaba's dedicated fast track counter; Complimentary porter services and assistance with baggage
Option 3 - Gold Service: Dedicated one-to-one escort on arrival as you enter the terminal by a Marhaba agent holding a board with your name; Assistance through all airport arrival formalities; Assistance at the baggage belt area and complimentary porter service
Option 4 - Family Service: Meet and greet on arrival as you enter the terminal; Escort through the airport formalities; Fast track through immigration and security; Complimentary porter service to assist with baggage in the baggage belt area; Baby stroller
Marhaba services at Dubai International Airport (Terminal 1, 2 and 3) are available 24 hours, please leave your flight and contact details at check-out and confirm these with the local operator. You will find the contact details in the voucher after booking
Rates for Marhaba services for Bronze, Silver and Gold are per passenger. Rate Family package requires a minimum of 2 pax and a maximum of 4 pax from the same family
Infants (age 0-2): free admission. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult

Cancellation policy

Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the experience begins.
