You will receive your entry ticket for The View at The Palm via WhatsApp and/or email from the operator. Please scan the code on the ticket to access the attraction
Tickets are valid only for the selected date and during non-prime hours (as specified on the ticket)
For safety and cleanliness, guests are required to remove shoes (socks can remain on) before boarding the yacht — this is standard on all Dubai yacht tours.
In case of adverse weather or rough sea conditions, the cruise route will be adjusted to include views of the Burj Al Arab, ensuring a smooth and scenic experience

Head to The View at the Palm and proceed to the 52nd floor. Present the entry tickets provided by the tour operator at the gate to enter the attraction. After your visit, make your way to Dubai Harbour Yacht Club by 2.30pm. Show your voucher to the yacht manager, who will be wearing a 360 Adventures uniform. Contact details for the yacht manager and other information will be shared with you on the day of the tour.
