Tickets must be shown at the entrance
When fast track is booked, Elite Lounge staff will welcome you at the departure area of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at the Elite Meeting Point
If there are no Elite Lounge staff present, ask the airport information desk inside the terminal to contact the Elite Lounge or a TUI Rep

In high season, check-in can be very busy, especially in the evenings so the fast track may still involve a wait in the queues

They didn't have a record of my booking so was not permitted to access the lounge or get fast tracked security. This despite me having my booking ticket and receipt.

wir haben das Angebot schon öfter genutzt und sind eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Allerdings ist der Preis seit letztem Jahr um 100% gestiegen. Wir schätzen das Angebot sehr aber überlegen auch, ob wir bei weiter steigenden Preisen nochmal buchen.

Für 240€ kann man in der Lounge besseres Essen erwarten. Außerdem gibt es Dort. Osteuropäer, die massenhaft Lebensmittel und Getränke einpacken und mitnehmen,, das Alle mit der horrenden Summe mit bezahlen.. Der restliche Service ist gut, alle MitarbeiterInnen sind freundlich und kompetent.
