If the thought of transporting yourself back to a distant past of knights errant, broadswords and fair maidens appeals, this evening of revelry and excitement is just the thing – it's fit for a king and the whole family.

Our band of merrymakers will travel to a royal castle for a swashbuckling show inspired by the Middle Ages. As you cross the drawbridge into the heraldic entrance hall, you'll be greeted by the King and Queen and take a pew around the sanded arena. As the trumpets sound and smoke lifts, knights in armour perform sword fights and heroic displays of horsemanship and jousting that'll have you cheering madly and clinking your tankards in celebration.

You can choose a champion to support and if you opt in for it, you'll be served a right royal banquet complete with free-flowing wine and soft drinks. – the perfect side order to the spine-tingling spectacle. There's also a VIP option, with front row seats to all of the action and a glass of cava on entry.

We had a nice evening out. The experience was nice, got picked up from the hotel slightly earlier, this was communicated in advance. The shoe was about 1 hour from our hotel, we enjoyed the drive out on the coach. We arrived approx half an hour before the show started, with time for pictures at the front which we later paid for. I enjoyed the food, a 3 course meal: bread, soup, chicken, potatoes and tomatoes and the a chocolate cake/ ice cream for dessert. The kids had chicken nuggets and chips.

Light hearted entertainment with crowd involvement was good. Booked on the tui app but I feel it could explain the evening better and maybe have more of an itinerary. The food and drinks included were very basic but were edible thankfully.

Staff rude and unhelpful , food awful , show awful , also show not at all family appropriate as actors constantly sticking middle fingers up to audience. One bottle of wine per 4 people so 1 glass each not free drinks as described ,was also told beer not included but was told it was when we booked. Was then charged 6 euros for a bottle of beer . Absolute waste of money and awful experience !!!
