Everything was great. Right from the start we were met by our instructors who kitted us up and explained about the health & safety before firstly taking us for a practice run to explain how to ride the zip wires safely. We were then taken on a mini hike through the rain forest to see some flora & fauna our guides were very knowledgable about these subjects. We were then clipped on individually to ride 8 zip wire courses of various lengths through the forest, which were so much fun.

This was a great trip. The guide was great, gave alot of info about the rainforest. The tram took you above the canopy and the views were fab. All topped off with the trek and zip line. Great fun. Highly recommend.

In your description you said there would be a juice or water provided - no drinks were provided / offered, it was a warm day and would have been gratefully received. The experience itself and staff was great. They took photos but we haven’t seen or been offered them. We did wonder if they would email them to us as they took all our details for the waiver.

We loved it ! It is quite a long trip, longer than half a day . You leave around 8 and you will not be back before 2 as the journey take some time too. So a small snack like a chocolate bar would be great . We bought one in the cafe at the beginning of the rainforest trail but the chocolate bar was stale and tasteless . So if one could have been provided by the guide or hotel that would have been great .

We became very thirsty during the experience and couldn’t see how we could carry water with us. A bottle was provided , but i think it would have been better to have had it sooner.

The return trip on the tranopy was better than the way up, amazing views and more wildlife. The zip lines themselves were really good fun.

Everything was great. This was a great trip. The guide was great, gave alot of info about the rainforest. The tram took you above the canopy and the views were fab. All topped off with the trek and zip line. Great fun. Highly recommend.
