Discover one of the Netherlands’ most treasured art traditions: Delft Blue ceramics. During this 75-minute interactive workshop in the centre of Amsterdam, you will work with brushes, paint, and a blank ceramic tile.
Your instructor will share the history of Delftware and guide you through simple techniques for painting. You can choose traditional motifs such as tulips and windmills, or develop something completely original. Whatever you decide to paint, you will leave with a personal keepsake from your visit.
At the end, you take your finished tile home as a handmade Amsterdam souvenir. Tea, coffee, and stroopwafels are included to make the experience even more enjoyable.
