Puerto Vallarta Whale Watching Tour | TUI Musement

Every year something magical happens in Banderas Bay – hundreds of humpback whales arrive. These remarkable creatures appear in mid-December, give birth to their young, and stay until March. You'll be in awe of these playful 50-ton mammals leaping and crashing in the waves. Join a boat trip to see them up close before they begin the long journey north.

The trip itself was great, however the communication regarding the pick up wasn't. Although I had chosen my pick up point as offered via the App, no pick up arrived. Luckily I was able to get a taxi, otherwise I would have missed the trip.

This was our second excursion with TB tours and it was fantastic. The service and hospitality was second to none.

The whale watching was very good although not seeing a lot of them but we appreciate it can be hit and miss on the day .Bean bags not a suitable sitting solution on the boat for the elderly , and photographs taken on other trips trying to be sold didn’t go down too well

The costs for any excursion has increased significantly and most TUI excursions do not include pick up from hotels. We booked 4 x trips and only 1 included collection from our hotel. The others we had to order and pay for a taxi for drop off at a meeting point, which again adds to an increase in costs. However, the trips in Mexico were brilliant, and in particular the whale watching which was epic seeing humpbacks jumping alongside the boat.

The tour was perfect , crew and guide were very good . I don’t appreciate the price I paid through TUI , I could have booked it for half with the company. My bad but I won’t make that mistake again.
