The dolphin part of the experience was a 10/10 would absolutely do it again and recommend it to others. The guides and experience was amazing. YaKul however was disappointing. There was no guide, no clear instructions or help given. The food options were poor. The baguette didn't list what was in it. What if someone had allergies or couldn't eat something for various reasons. Also the restaurant had multiple options all were in the same price range as our choices so should have been an option.

Really enjoyed everything about this day. We did the dolphins swim first. Dolphins are well looked after and the facilities are clean. We then went to do the snorkelling which was nice. Lunch was standard but we enjoyed it. Highly recommend. My little boy had the best day and it was lovely to see the smiles.

The day was run very well, from being picked up from our hotel on time, being taken to Delphinus (for dolphin swim), then the same driver taking us to Yal-Ku, and taking us back to our hotel once done. Christopher the dolphin trainer was amazing, made us both feel at ease. Mike the Photographer was great. He was very friendly, and we now have loads of great pictures. Could not fault the day at all, and probably up there with the best things I have ever done.

Fab day out and good value for money the photos alone would have cost $165 dollars and were all included. We had our own dolphin experience as a family of 3 and found it really informative the dolphins were well cared for and our 11 year old had the best time, highly recommend.
