My only complaint was the transportation to the actual trip. The mini bus that collected us was dirty run down and very uncomfortable.

Service was great, but we paid a lot of money for the ‘Luxury Catamaran cruise’ only to spend 45 mins on the boat dropped off on Isla Mujueres for 3.5 hours and then picked up and taken straight back home again.

Long journey from our hotel to port in a tatty mini bus , advised when we got there that the luxury catamaran cruise which included snorkeling , stopping for swimming , kayaking and food was instead a quick transfer due to a windy day which took approx 30 mins , a sandwich served for lunch at 9.30 , choice of ham/ cheese or a salad , no other food served ! Transfer back which again took 30 mins, might as well have booked an uber and ferry across , waste of £200 !

The reef snorkelling was amazing. Very well organised trip. The guides were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Isla Mujares was worth visiting.

Pame, who booked our trip was great and very informative about the trips and excursions offered. Very forthcoming and honest about time, distance and what to expect.
