Design your day with your own driver who will pick you up from your accommodation, then drop you back off. Once you've had an idea of your ideal day, let the local operator know and they will arrange everything accordingly.

Booking a Design your day trip is definitely the way to go. Rather than doing the excursion you’re told to do, you’re doing exactly what you want, tailored to your day. We emailed Summertimes a couple of days beforehand and they came back with a proposed itinerary tailored to us. We wanted lunch at La Chameral restaurant and this was arranged too. (Google this lunch spot, it’s amazing but you’ll need to pre book)

My guide was polite and knowledgeable. We did more things than if I was on a bigger tour. I learnt more about the island because I had a one to one chat which made the trip more interesting.
