The email with the eSIM QR code will be sent separately within 6 hours of booking confirmation. Please refer to the eSIM QR email for installation
Data plan validity starts immediately when the eSIM is installed. The expiry date is 30 days from the purchase date
Please ensure that you have an eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked device. Failure to do so may result in activation failure, and refunds will not be granted
To successfully install the eSIM, a stable internet connection is required. You may install your eSIM before travelling (before your flight) or at destination when you need it
eSIM can only be installed once. Do not delete or remove your eSIM from your device after successful installation
This eSIM is data only. It does not include a phone number to make phone calls or send SMS messages
Your daily plan resets at 23:59 (+8 GMT), thereafter unlimited data on reduced speed of 128 kbps (messaging apps)
You can have different eSIM plans installed on your device
