The staff when we first got three to book in were not welcoming and did not explain where to go or what tod do.we as a group had to be asking for directions. The cable car was not working and was offered a free photo which my son did not receive his via email even though the correct email was given! The guy was so laid back and when we asked questions on how obtaining the photo he was not very co operative. The staff actually doing the ragga muffin and Anansie web, ATV activities were excellent

Second attempt at the trip as our original booking said pick up at 9.35, we were there for 9.15 but no one came. TUI rep, she said there had been a mistake so we had to go the following day. We were unable to do ATVs as we were not informed that we needed our drivers license prior to the trip. We asked our rep (more than once) if lunch was included as we were unsure. We were told yes but no lunch was available so had to buy little food with the small amount we had brought for tips Very unhappy
