I booked this experience via rhe Tui experiences website. On the day of the trip we waited and the pick up did not arrive. It was due at 735am. Fortunately we saw Renue rhe zYui rep at 8am and she explained that due to low numbers thus trip had been cancelled. I had not received any communication from Tui to confirm this. Thus was very sub standard communication. I shall be requesting a refund.

We would highly recommend this trip - feel it was really underrated. Although it was a long drive from our hotel in Negril, the transfer was comfortable and we could look at all the sites and where the real Jamaica was, seeing people go about their normal days & around where they live. When we arrived, everyone was very kind & gave a lot of detail about the processes of roasting coffee & growing fruit & flowers. Tried a variety of local food grown there & fresh coffee & lunch was included!
