Absolutely loved this trip, we got so much out of it, our guide Wendy was brilliant, very informative, answered any of our questions and got us local fruit. Museum was really good, the school trip was so insightful and the kids amazing. Nothing was to much trouble and we would definitely do it again especially just for Wendy.

We thoroughly enjoyed the 6 hours with Wendy, from driving around different neighbourhoods of Montego Bay, visiting the small museum in the centre, popping into a church, which told its own story of life in Jamaica for the plantation owners of the 18th and 19th centuries, to an enchanting time with 4 to 6 year old in their classrooms.

Positive: gave me easy access to places I would not have visited or seen Negative: prior info differed from actual tour. Paperwork said full day. It was NOT Guide- driver was reluctant to volunteer info, looked like did not want to be there, looked miserable all the time ( including lunch!), obviously could not wait to finish and go home Overall, not worth the money I spent on that booking

Wendy our guide picked us up promptly at the start time. The tour was just under 4 hours not the 8 quoted. It was very much a private tour, just the 2 of us. We were in an air conditioned car for most of the tour other than the visits to, the Church, the basic school and Tracks and Records. Unfortunately the traffic in Sam Sharpe Square was too busy to safely get out. No issues with mobility. Driving around the various estates seeing the affluent and poor areas so close was eye opening.

This was possible the best trip we had ever been on. Many thanks to Wendy, our driver and tour guide for the day. Special thanks to Donna from the Bellefield Great House estate for a fascinating tour of the great House and an insight into its colonial history. Last but not least thanks to the principal teacher of the James Rodlyn basic school for children aged 3 to 5 for allowing us to spend time meeting all of the amazing pupils at the school. A truly uplifting experience and a great day.
