Silver – 30-min dolphin encounter with one dolphin, maximum 15 guests per group, lunch, free time in the park and photo package

Gold Swim – 40-min dolphin swim with two dolphins, maximum 10 guests per group, lunch, free time in the park and photo package

TUI Swim – 40-min interaction with one dolphin, maximum 12 guests per group, lunch, free time in the park, photo package and stingray interaction

This experience was cancelled at short notice and we were offered alternative dates that were not available. We are extremely disappointed with this as this experience was booked as a birthday experience

Fantastic swim with Dolphins, dolphin instructor staff were very encouraging with nervous people, me included! Toilets onsite need better cleaning, bit dirty. Zoo area needs a makeover only 1 rabbit and 3 sad looking parrots, one had quite bare chest feathers plucked out. Rather too long time spent there 8.30-2pm with not much to do.

Absolute joke! Over priced and wasn’t allowed to have a photo done with my daughter that I was told would be $50 at the start. Then told no. And took separate to most probably gain more money. Disgusting! Be very careful this is one excursion that isn’t what it’s made out to be. I paid for the silver package. So I know not a swim and more of an interaction. But highly disappointed. Also $10 a locker $5 a drink not even included with your meal. Greedy !!!

The whole experience was great however they didn’t seem to recognise the TUI gold swim they call it the Royal experience. We did get to do the Royal experience after convincing them we paid for the top package. A little bottle of water would have been good to have with lunch

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We originally booked the Silver package, but I upgraded to the Gold package a week before we went, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly. Well worth the extra to swim with two dolphins, with pictures included, plus food as well. Definitely, the experience of a lifetime.

Kids aged eight and up, or taller than four feet, can join the Silver programme on their own, or take part in the TUI swim adventure and Gold Swim programmes with one adult
Kids aged ten and over, or taller than four feet seven inches, can join any programme on their own
Little ones aged one to five join free of charge in interactive programmes (one infant per paying adult), with activities matched to their size
Ground transport fees apply to everyone, except infants aged three and under
Expectant mums up to five months pregnant can take part in the Dolphin Silver interactive programme
Guests aged 70 and over can join the Dolphin Silver programme, depending on mobility and overall fitness
