Very pleasant crew for boarding the vessel. Helped the women get aboard. Nice boat. Very knowledgeable and engaging skipper. Problem with the boat's bilge pump required stopping every 10 minutes or so became quite annoying. No fault of the driver but shortened our tour.

The boat ride was fun and somewhat informative. Host gave us time for a quick swim. My only feedback is that he played loud techno type music on the ride. I think he should ask if the passengers want music and if so, what type. Pavarotti might have been nice and unique for the experience.

Our guide was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable on the area, funny, and engaging! We enjoyed learning about the different towns, seeing the area from the water and listening to music while cruising the lake! I highly recommend this tour for anyone new to visiting Lake Como.
