  • Warm and windproof overalls are provided on site, but it is recommended to layer with your own warm clothes, gloves and closed-toe shoes
  • The boat will depart on time, and it won‘t wait for late passengers
  • Large bags can be stored at the local office; just bring the essentials on board
  • The guides are marine biologists and local experts
  • While sightings are highly likely (98% success), wildlife is unpredictable. If no whales are seen, you'll be invited to join another tour (subject to space)
  • No need to print your voucher, you can have it on your phone

  • Sunglasses or ski goggles with UV protection, as the sunlight reflects strongly off the sea

Meet at Friends of Moby Dick ticket office, across from where the boat Moby Dick is docked. Look out for the big flags with the logo and name. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the tour's start time. A big parking space is available just outside the local office, for a fee. Just 100 meters further, there is a free parking space. Public transportation is available nearby
