This tour will help you to learn about the first steps of Nazi anti-Semitism. With its peculiar triangular shape, the Sachsenhausen concentration camp became the source of inspiration for later camps.
The camp is located on the outskirts of Berlin. At least 200,000 people passed through Sachsenhausen and about 35,000 lost their lives. Its extension was limited, as it was not possible to enlarge it due to its triangular shape.
With this tour you will get to know this concentration camp, where Hitler kept his favorite prisoners. You will be able to listen to some of the experiences told by survivors, photographs taken by the SS and documentation found at the end of World War II.
