The flora and fauna of Costa Rica come to life on this thrilling tour. It kicks off with a morning hike in the rainforests of Tenorio Volcano National Park. Admire the wildlife as you trek to the River Celeste waterfall – famed for its sky blue waters – before breaking for lunch. Then, in the afternoon, you'll have the chance to observe up-close wild animals such as sloths and tree frogs.

A superb day. David the guide was fantastic. The whole day felt very well organised and like we didn't have to worry about anything. Saw lots of cool wildlife including sloths, monkeys, an anteater, a toucan, frogs and snakes. The waterfall was beautiful. There are a lot of steps but you can stop half way. The journey back was very long and lots of traffic but such is life everywhere! I would highly recommend, a wonderful day.

David our tour guide was the best. We had an amazing day Rio Celeste amazing and worth the hard hike. We saw sloths. toucan, ant eater and more. The food was amazing. Only 5 in our group it was just perfect.

The Rio Veleste Waterfall hike was amazing but the sloth encounter was poor. We saw 2 sloths that were so high up in the trees you could only see them through binoculars and the guides took photos through the binoculars using our phones. It wasn’t a sloth encounter at all.

The tour was in two halves. Firstly the visit to the waterfall, you need to be quite fit as this entailed a lot of steps down and a steep climb back up. The.waterfall is very picturesque so was worth the effort. David our guide was very knowledgeable about the area. The second part was where we saw the sloths, frogs and toucans. Ismael our guide for this part of the trip was wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful. Lunch was very nice and was served overlooking the volcano.
