Really enjoyable experience. Astin was an amazing tour guide with a lot of knowledge that he was happy to share. The hike was great, and seeing the different aspects of the Volcano was interesting. We also got to see spider monkeys which was incredible. Getting to swim at the waterfall was also great. The food for lunch was lovely and getting to try a local food was nice.

We thought we would see more of the volcano shown in all the pictures for this tour. Lovely walk through forests but not a lot to see really. Lots of steep steps! Waterfalls were beautiful to see, without them the trip would be really dull.

Really enjoyed the waterfall and hot springs visits on top of the volcanic park tour. Both our driver and guide were very friendly and our guide was well informed regarding both the geology and wild life.

Walking tour felt rushed with little opportunity to take in environment between vantage points. Whilst lunch was adequate it wasn’t anything to write home about and felt as though it was the cheapest option available in a less than picturesque setting. We managed ok but there should be a warning beforehand about the weight restricted swinging wire suspended bridge to access and exit waterfall area.

It was very good and informative. Only let down was a couple of guests who made our return to the hotel late

It took me days to decide which excursion to pick as it is so many of them and they are all similar and unfortunately I didn’t enjoyed mine, no worth £80 pp at all. We only seen hot pots, volcano mud, walk through park ( I can do that around my hotel) lunch was okay, then waterfall … big disappointment. 100% service was great and the driver and tour guy.
