Our guide was awesome, informative, kind and friendly. It was good value for the money. The only thing was the drive back which felt long because of traffic. we were told we'd be back at the resort by 5 pm and it ended up being 7 pm.

The tour guide was excellent. The person who did the booking gave us all the wrong information, such as bringing extra pair of clothes, towels. She wouldn’t honor the resort credit from Costco
