The waters around the island of Boa Vista, in Cape Verde, are teeming with wildlife and reefs. Transfers are included, so you'll be picked up and dropped off at your hotel. You can choose from morning or afternoon sessions – each one consists of a safety briefing and two dives, including one in open water.

The team was great and did a good briefing and kept us safe but it really wasn’t a good beginner experience. We went to a beach that had quite a bit of surf. We had to wade in with all the equipment against the waves and when we were under water the current was so strong we kept getting tossed about. It was sandy and we saw zero fish etc. we also only got the one dive which was less than expected. Overall not a great experience for a beginner and I wouldn’t recommend it.
