From Odawara station, walk through the Minaka Mall shopping street to sample local foods. Enjoy kamaboko fish cakes and discover the rich history of the area. Then try Japan’s sourest food, pickled plum umeboshi from a 300-year-old store. Eat a variety of foods while strolling to the castle where you can dress like a samurai for a photo with the impressive building as a backdrop.
