- Your Sainte-Chapelle tickets must be used on the scheduled tour date and time
- People under 18 years old, EU citizens (aged 18-25 years old) and several professional members (ID proof is required) are under the grant of free entrance to the Sainte-Chapelle. Free tickets must be collected at the Sainte-Chapelle
- European Heritage Days and the first Sunday of the month are free from November to March
- Sainte-Chapelle is closed on: 1 January, 1 May, 8 May (morning), 14 July (morning), 11 November (morning) and 25 December
- Opening times: From 1 April to 30 September: 9am - 7pm From: 1 October to 31 March: 9am - 5pm
- Please note: last admission to the monument is 30 minutes before closing time
- The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages, including French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Hindi, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. You can also listen to them from an app on your smartphone
- The river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to comply with the rules
