After booking, you will receive a URL link on your ticket with access to your mp3 file
Download the audio file and have it ready before you start your journey
Copy and paste the URL link into your browser's address bar
A download will begin which consists of a zip folder. This contains the mp3 files for your tour and a map of your route
Once the download has finished. Use your preferred software or app to extract the files into a folder
How to open your tour:
Android: Once you have downloaded your audio, right-click on the zip file and select 'Extract' - open and play
iOS: Go to 'Finder' and double-click on the zip file in downloads. Drag and drop the second folder (with the same name) into your iTunes and search 'by artist' to find your tour under Citywalksz
