The service worked perfectly and the couple that helped us were very friendly and professional. We got through security and passport control without a problem and could relax in the lounge. Would definitely use the service again.

Lounge has been upgraded from last year. Food ok drink selection ok. Some of the USB ports were broken so if you have to look around and try different ones to find those that work. Free Internet was sorted out for us by the guide but this was limited to an hour and shut off. We were able to jump the queues for checking in passport control etc which was helpful as this airport can get congested very quickly.

We booked fast track with Jo theTUI rep at the hotel. On arrival at the airport there was no one to meet us. I asked a Tui rep he said there was no fast track and to go to the gate. We asked another rep at the gate she said someone would come and get us. Despite several phone calls no one came. After 30 minutes we proceeded by ourselves as we feared we would miss our flight. This is the second time this has happened. We want a full refund as we have not received the service we paid for.

The whole service was perfect and so worth doing , it definitely took the stress out of flying home . We have used this service before but this year we were taken right through to the departure lounge and went through quickly there to wait for boarding. If I had one issue , it was just that when we arrived at the airport there was no one waiting for us at the desk . So we were a little anxious about what we should do . However , it was seamless once he arrived .

The fast track service was good however unnecessary as the airport was quiet for the late flights. The food and drink offered in the lounge was very basic and definitely not good value for money. It may be something that you book if you are travelling at peak times.

For the departures VIP Service and Lounge, the meeting point is to the right, after the first entry door to the Terminal building on the Departures floor. The staff are stationed at Fast Track Desk there

Upon arrival at the airport, and before checking in, please proceed to the Fast Track Lane (see photo), which is located near passport control. The staff there will assist you with the Fast Track service
