Know in advance:

• If you book an option with dinner included, please contact the local supplier after booking to advise the menu of your choice (beef, vegetarian, or children). You'll find the contact details of the local supplier on your voucher
• The beef menu includes pea cream soup with butter croutons, fava beans and basil crème fraîche, beef Bourguignon in red wine sauce with fried oyster mushrooms and potato-celery purée, and sweet mini dumplings with vanilla custard
• The vegetarian menu includes pea cream soup with butter croutons, fava beans and basil crème fraîche, a steak of baked cauliflower served with purée, wild broccoli and nut relish with pecorino cheese, and sweet mini dumplings with vanilla custard
• The children’s menu includes pea cream soup with butter croutons, fava beans and basil crème fraîche, chicken schnitzel with potato purée, and sweet mini dumplings served with vanilla custard
• Option 3 includes a drink package that consists of a selection of two red and two white wines, beer, non-alcoholic, and hot beverages
• Drinks can be ordered until 7.50 pm (before the first part of the concert) or during the concert intermission
• One unlimited beverage package is valid for one person and cannot be shared with other guests
