Conveniently departing from Tower Pier (five minutes walk from the Tower of London), this popular cruise offers a delightful selection of finger sandwiches, scones with cream and jam, mini pastries and unlimited tea and coffee, as well as a 90-minute cruise through the very heart of the city.

With commentary to accompany the cruise, sights include the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, City Hall, St. Paul's Cathedral, London Bridge, the National Theatre and South Bank, the Oxo Tower, the Golden Hinde, the Shard, the riverside architecture of Royal Greenwich, the Cutty Sark and much more!

A fully waited service is provided throughout, with a cash bar available for additional drinks purchases. The cruise includes an open-air upper deck, allowing for spectacular views of the city's riverside landscape and those once-in-a-lifetime photos. Vegetarian options are available and most special dietary requirements can be catered for.

Der Service und das Afternoon-Tee-Angebot war sehr gut. Die Erklärung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten entlang der Themse war sehr informativ, wenn man englisch versteht, jedoch sehr laut. Dadurch war eine Unterhaltung stellenweise nicht möglich. Ich finde diesen Ausflug sehr gelungen und empfehlenswert.

De cruise met afternoon tea was goed verzorgd met ruim voldoende hapjes en de thee werd regelmatig bijgevuld. Er was wel verwarring want volgens hun lijst had ik voor 4 personen gereserveerd maar volgens mij had ik voor 2 personen betaald maar dit kon ik niet meer terugvinden in de bevestigingsemail .

Zie vorig verslag. High tea slecht. Planning december en dan nog niet aan het raam met 2 kunnen zitten, ook niet bij navraag. Veel te veel mensen. Duurde lang voor je wat op tafel kreeg, behalve de bardrankjes die werden wel snel geserveerd. En gelijk vragen wat je wilt drinken van de bar, raar als je voor high tea komt. Ga lekker een boot boeken en High Tea elders in de leuke tentjes gebruiken. Zag er allemaal goedkoop uit.
