    The whole thing was cancelled not by us but by Liverpool ferry, they said you had been. Informed but you didnt tell us, we went all the way to Liverpool on the train and still no word from you we are very disappointed, and would like a full refund.

    Just not special. Only bursts of "ferry cross the Mersey". My last trip played it all the return journey. Couldn't hear any info.

    Really enjoyed the experience on the Mersey ferry, the recorded audio track about all the buildings and the history of Liverpool was fastinating.My Mum always wanted to go on the infamous Mersey Ferry and now she is so glad that she has.

    Accessing the audio tour via the QR code and phone was a nuisance. It kept dropping out. I saw lots of people spending most of the cruise trying to access the commentary. Call me old fashioned but it would be much nicer to have a recorded commentary over a tanoy that everyone could enjoy.
