Accessibility:

The exhibit is accessible for people with mobility difficulties, as there are no stairs. There is nevertheless a step to access the restroom, and there is a portable ramp available upon request; simply ask the Museum staff during the visit if you require it

Know in advance:

Your ticket is valid for the selected day during the opening times, starting at 10.00am
The last access to the exhibit is at 7.15 pm, 45 minutes before closing time. The average visit time is 1 hour, so it's recommended arriving no later than 7.00 pm
Descriptions of the artwork are in English, Spanish and French
Free guided visits (duration: 30 minutes) are available on Mondays at the following times: Spanish at 11:00 am and 05:00 pm, English at 12:00 pm and 04:00 pm, Italian at 03:00 pm, and French at 01:00 pm. If you’re in Madrid take an hour out of what is a busy bustling city and immerse yourself in this really informative and enjoyable experience. Where else can you see all of Banksy’s works together in one place. We were a party of 4 and all really loved it!
