Witness the Morning Exercise, offering an insight into the training of riders and their Lipizzans. You will see the training of young gray stallions and fully-trained school stallions in the beautiful setting of the Winter Riding School.

The Morning Exercise includes relaxation exercises, the refining and perfecting of lessons, and the targeted strengthening of muscles. Every 30 minutes a horse change takes place. During the one hour of public training, you could be able to experience two groups of stallions in different training levels.

In order to protect the horses, the famous high-level jumps which are shown during the performances are not practiced on a daily basis and are only occasionally seen during the Morning Exercise.

Our e tickets wouldn't download from Musement. We had to pay for 2 more tickets to get in to see the event. Very poor service from Musement.

Good for horse lovers. Bit boring. Horses trotting around the ring. No show type rehearsal moves. On the plus side it was a beautiful venue inside.

It was very difficult to hear the narrator talking about what was happening in the arena. I'm also fairly certain that she was saying lots more in German then the English version. The session was advertised as in English I'm sure. I'd liked to have been told what they were getting the horses to do and why. It should also be started on the booking that there are considerable steps up to the balcony area.

I didn’t expect it to be a show but it was a few horses walking round not even really training just giving them a walk round I wouldn’t recommend it

There needs to be more information about accessibility of the venue and the staff should be a bit more patient and polite. The experience of seeing the horses was amazing but lack of information let the overall experience down.
