Randy (TUI) & entire boat crew were FANTASTIC. This excursion is NOT what it was sold as. Supposed to have 45 minutes snorkeling; we had 10, possibly 15. Supposed to have all-inclusive, premium drinks and food for 1.5 hours plus 2 hours beach time. They would not even serve us mojitos and kicked us out after 1 hour. There were 10 umbrellas for 200 people on a crowded beach, and they kicked us off the beach when they kicked us out of the restaurant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT DO AGAIN.

Was not made aware when we booked that it would take over almost 2 hours each way to get to the boat for the cruise. It made for a VERY long day. Also, the shuttle to the cruise was very crowded and uncomfortable in addition to taking almost 2 hours. The cruise itself was GREAT! Oscar, the tour guide, and other staff were friendly, fun, and helpful. It would have been better if there more information about what activities weee included on the island (beach chairs?, etc.) which was not explained.

Overall the whole experience was overpriced but ok! The seating area was very squashed for those that could not manage climbing to the front of the catamaran (which was quite a few) we were then dropped off far away from where we were having lunch and had to walk through some hard selling assistants enticing you into there shops which was quite intimidating. Lunch was mediocre and wasn't told that only the sun beds in front of the restaurant were free so had to pay $25
