Fantastisk utflykt och upplevelse tillsammans med familjen. Anläggningen med lounge area kan behöva renoveras lite men allt med och runt delfinerna var väldigt fint, välordnat & organiserat. Trevlig och kunnig personal. Ett minne för livet.

Upplevelsen med delfinerna var fantastiskt !Men infon dålig.Olika besked hela tiden om när och vad vi skulle göra, väldigt förvirrande och irriterande. Hade vi lyssnat på en guide och tagit en rundtur med taxi, då vi hade 2 timmar på oss innan det skulle börja, på 90 minuter och en till kostnad på 60 US-dollar hade vi missat delfinerna.Och transporten hem var under all kritik.Först en timmes väntan på minibussen i hamnen och sen körde chauffören förbi vårt hotell och försenade oss 45 min till.

The dolphin experience was amazing we really enjoyed our day spent swimming, learning and training the dolphins. Only part of the day i felt negative about, was not a lot of instructions once we arrived at the venue. Due to having the premiere package, no one informed us where to go, never got offered a towel which was in package price, luckily we took are own. Was given the locker key, but was not informed where to go for the locker or any signs to instruct. Just lack of direction from staff.
