I paid £79 for this for 2 people, I arrived at the venue and could have booked it myself for almost half of what TUI charged. On arrival we had to wait 20 mins as they couldn’t find our booking .The hotel Fontana where it is based was very dirty and unkempt, the staff were rude. We got up the stairs and the room was dirty and depressing, the staff rudely asked what we wanted to drink, no drinks menu, little choice, the only saving grace was the view. The food was a bowl nuts and a pack of crisps

Zu Beginn teilte man uns mit, dass wir gar nicht gebucht hätten- erst auf dreimalige Nachfrage hatte man dann doch Kenntnis von unserem Erlebnis. Unter RooftopBar hatten wir uns etwas unter freiem Himmel vorgestellt. So war es eine vollständig überdachte Bar ohne Luftzufuhr im obersten Stockwerk. Der Ausblick war in Ordnung.
