Exceptionally easy to book & attend the meeting point, even when booked the morning of the intended day! Services at meeting point were top notch - really thorough & personal, truly grateful to the staff involved. Even in off-peak seasons for Pompeii visits… the express entry was a joy & started your day off with a smile rather than a sweaty wait!

Once we got our tickets with assistance from on-site staff, we went round Pompeii on our own without a guide or audio guide. We had specific places we wanted to see, having been before. We took ourselves by train so no coach used. We used the site map and app on a phone to navigate round. Pompeii successfully, and enjoyed visiting the amphitheatre, House of the Veteii and the museum, among other places. Overall a good experience, although it would have been easier to buy tickets on arrival.

Esperienza sconvolgente per come vieni trasportato in quella che era una città Romana… tutto comprensibile, vivibile, fruibile; nulla viene lasciato all’immaginazione o libera deduzione, ma si ha la concretezza di quello che era la città di Pompei, i suoi spazi la sua urbanizzazione la sua civiltà.

Small dogs are permitted inside the archaeological area, but they must be kept on a leash and carried when inside the buildings
The ticket is available on the date booked: please report at the Meeting Point and just show the voucher to the staff.
Business hours from April to September 9:00 - 17:00, October 9:00 - 16:00 (From the last Sunday of the month until the end of the month, the business hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM), from November to March 9:00 - 13:00

The audio guide is available in English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Russian
Please note, this ticket doesn't include the optional entrance to Villa dei Misteri
