The lesson will begin with a part dedicated to the most important phase to which you can devote yourself in order to obtain a delicious specialty: the making of the dough.
After having tried this first step, you will learn the differences between the types of pizza and Ligurian focaccia.
Then, you will level your dough and create many varieties of pizza, bread and focaccia, with various types of seasoning, using only the best and freshest ingredients. Finally, you can delight yourself by tasting your creations, accompanied by a salad and a drink.
