The guide explained our itinerary. We asked why there was no mention of Siena she explained that we weren’t going there. The trip had been changed to Chianti Delights a tale of two wineries and a vineyard dinner. Extremely disappointed that we didn’t get to Siena there was no sunset. I spoke to a rep of Ciao Florence and they said that it had changed sometime ago. We did not get the trip that we paid for, why? Why were we not told of the change. Just feel it was a waste of money.
