Upon meeting the local family and enjoying your initial beverage, you'll have the opportunity to assist in meal preparation. If you prefer, you can simply observe, jot down notes, or take photographs - just relax and soak up the experience! Rest assured, all local families speak at least basic English, providing an opportunity for engaging conversation about daily life in their country. Feel free to discuss anything you're curious about, including sharing aspects of your own culture and homeland. Most host families are genuinely intrigued by stories from other cultures!
