Accessibility:

• Pregnant women, nor for guests with active cancer. Please, be sure to inform your massage therapist if you have: High blood pressure, active cancer, cardio-vascular/heart ailments or any condition that may counteract with massage, body pressure/manipulation or heat. A short Medical History Intake Form is required to be signed prior to your treatment and will be at your disposal at the spa reception

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

• The massage therapists on a standard basis include a man and a woman therapist. You are welcome to particularly request male or female massage therapists. Please request them during the booking process. Due to differences on charges, an additional charge of 30 euros per hour will be applied for any requested massage professional out of the standard basis

Know in advance:

• This tour operates with a maximum of 2 people
• In all sessions, 10 minutes are included to undress, redress, shower and client consultation
• Please leave any money, jewellery, or any other valuable possessions in your hotel room or at Zen Spa’s lockers/safe. The local operator will not be held responsible for any loss
• If you are late for your scheduled appointment less than 15 minutes, you'll be accommodated according to availability, but your treatment may be shortened or re-scheduled, to avoid delays for other guests or following appointments. Appointments missed by later than 15 minutes, will be cancelled and fully charged as no-show
