Starters: Cold cod medallion cooked at low temperature, crunchy vegetables, and star anise cream and sweet potato soup with fresh ginger and turmeric, golden croûtons with olive oil
Main course: Roasted veal with savoury, homemade truffle mashed potatoes, and meat gravy
Dessert: Imperial Praline and Salted Butter Caramel (sponge cake soaked in gourmet syrup, crunchy almond-hazelnut praline, salted butter caramel mousse, and caramel mirror glaze).
