Gebucht war ein Treppenaufstieg des Eiffelturms bis zur 2. Etage, dann der Aufzug bis zum Summit. Wir waren deshalb sehr unangenehm überrascht, dass wir trotz der Buchung erst lange in der Schlange für den Zugang zum Eiffelturmbereich und dann nochmal in der Schlange für den Ticketerwerb stehen mussten. Zumal unserer Reiseleiterin in Zweifel stellte, ob wir überhaupt bis ganz oben kommen können - obwohl das Bestandteil der Buchung war. Es gibt keine Kopfhörer, entgegen der Buchungsemail.
